Catalogue and quotations

The catalogue is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer or an online order facility. Product availability, composition, sizes, packaging, minimum quantities, price, delivery, payment, returns and any warranty must be confirmed in a separate written quotation or sales agreement. An email or message asking about a product does not by itself place an order.

Product information

Photographs illustrate product appearance; batches and packaging may vary. Featured ingredients are not a complete ingredient declaration. Obtain the full product specification, analytical values, appropriate pet species and feeding role, final label, and any required organic or other supporting documentation before purchase. Product descriptions do not replace those documents or veterinary advice. Follow the final pack instructions and supervise pets when feeding treats or chews.

Market requirements

Requirements differ between destination markets. Discuss import, labelling and documentation requirements with us before agreeing an order. The catalogue does not establish that every displayed product can be sold in every country. Responsibilities for compliance and transport should be set out in the sales agreement.
